Ordinance Eliminating Conditional Uses in the R1 Residential Zone

At its meeting On August 17th, 2022, the Manti City Council voted to adopt Ordinance #2022-08-17, an ordinance eliminating conditional uses in the R1 residential zone and reassign said uses to other zones deemed more appropriate, or retaining some of those uses with defined requirements for locating in the R1 zone.  The ordinance takes effect immediately.
